Makena Cove
Most people don't even know that this spot exists, but you can be sure that once they know, they never forget it. This cove is extremely picturesque with black lava rock, lush green vegitation, and turquoise water. Parking is a bit of a difficulty so smaller weddings are recommended here unless you can shuttle. It has become a very popular for place sunset wedding in the past few years so anyone who would like a more private beach wedding should maybe shy away from this beach.
Po'olenalena Beach
This is a beautiful beach in North Makena. It is large enough to find a space for your wedding if other people are still on the beach. It is right down the street from the Seawatch restaurant so your wedding party can go have a wonderful dinner right afterward. This is a beautiful place for sunsets and a gorgeous wedding location.
